Pet Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, both human and four-legged, we kindly ask pet owners to observe the following guidelines during their stay.

While your furry friends are welcome in the Pineta and in the outdoor restaurant and bar areas, provided they remain away from the buffet stations, they are not permitted in the swimming pool area. Certified assistance dogs are exempt from this restriction and may access all common areas.

Pets must be kept on a leash or in an appropriate carrier at all times while in the Masseria’s common areas. Guests are kindly requested to clean up after their animals and dispose of any waste in the designated bins located in the Pineta and in the reception parking area.

Pets may be left unattended in the room, provided that Reception is informed in advance so that housekeeping services can be arranged accordingly, and that the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed on the door.

Guests are fully responsible for their animal’s behaviour throughout their stay, as well as for any damage or injury caused to persons, property, or other animals. The Masseria accepts no liability for damages, accidents, or incidents involving animals on the property. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that their pet is well-behaved and accustomed to public environments.
